Civil Site Manager

Qualification:
Bachelor in Engineering (Civil)

Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 Years Experience as Site In charge / Manager in Gulf Countries

Required Skills / Experience:
• To study & understand the scope of work mentioned in Contract Documents.
• Well experienced in handling industrial projects as site In-charge/Manager.
• Deals with Customer in a manner that enhances their trust in the Company.
• To handle customer complaints on priority and respond in a manner to maintain desired level of comfort of customer and take necessary actions to resolve the Issues.
• Ensures good working relationships amongst all the disciplines & staff involved in the project.
• Responsible for making the initial plans as well as continuous revisions if necessary of the original plan with respect of site situations.
• Monthly / Weekly Look ahead Progress & Procurement Plans & timely submission of Progress Reports to the Customers.
• Ensures timely availability of essential material at the site and exercises good material management.
• To prepare deployment schedules of direct, indirect manpower and equipment with respect to project schedule.
• Ensures Project completion within specified time and budget.
• Must be well-versed in all construction standards of quality control and material specifications

Status:
Should be having Transferable Iqama

Nationality:
Indian / Filipino / Sri Lankan / Egyptian / Jordanian

Salary:
Maximum SAR: 10,000 (Including All Allowances)
