Supervisor - Italian Restaurant

(Experience Required)

Responsibilities -

Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations.
Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts.
Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.
Maintain weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements: -

5 years to 10 years Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Manager or similar role.

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.

Familiarity with restaurant management software.

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
