Position Summary
The Transport Service Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves monitoring, auditing, and reporting on transport operations to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements and Contract KPIs.

Scope of work Monitoring and Auditing:
• Conduct regular audits of transportation processes and practices to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Review and analyze compliance data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, activities, and regulatory compliance document
Training and Support:
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to transportation teams regarding compliance-related issues.
Reporting:
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audits.
• Prepare reports on operational KPIs through operational audits.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
Incident Investigation:
• Investigate compliance-related incidents and violations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during investigations or audits.
Continuous Improvement:
• Recommend improvements to transportation processes to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
Experience At least three (3) years of experience in related field.
