Job Description
Electrical Foreman to join our team for a long-term project. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on-site. As a key part of our team, you will ensure that all electrical tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical works on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project milestones.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, electrical codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and progress reports.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, promoting skill development and adherence to safety practices.
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve any technical challenges that arise during project execution.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in construction or industrial projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and software.
- Transferable Iqama is preferred.
