Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor, guiding clients on how our products and services can solve their challenges and deliver value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our solutions effectively.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring they meet client specifications and highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to address technical issues and deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for both clients and internal staff on product use, maintenance, and best practices.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, including responses to RFPs/RFIs and other sales-related materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or Sales Engineer role, preferably within a related industry.
- Proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts, reading blueprints, and using engineering tools. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions for customer challenges.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
