Instrumentation Sales Engineer to work in Bahrain / Only applicants residing in Bahrain and transferrable applicants need to apply (Please do not send your CVs if you are not a resident of Bahrain)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing RFQs, technical specifications in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for
them.
2. Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs
3. Carrying out Negotiations & Finalization of order.
4. Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
5. Identifying the customer’s current and future requirements.
6. Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings,
7. Travelling to visit potential clients.
8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports status reports, including activity, closings followup to goal.
9. Ensuring that sales targets are met.
10. Communicate with suppliers.
11. Motivating the team including sales counter to achieve monthly and yearly target.
12.Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the payment collection, outstanding systems & procedures as per company policies.
13. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of materials on time.
14. Provide on -the -job training to new sales employees,
15. Doing analysis about the competitor’s product, their cost and market share.
16. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
17. Liaison & coordination with overseas principal, local consultant & contractor
18. Reviewing inventory and maintain stock level.
19. Advertising products through e-marketing, Implementing trade promotion, developing field sales action plans.

21. Must be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
22. Capacity to work under pressure.
23. Other duties as assigned.
Team Management:
- Managing team entailing orientation, career development & grievance handling.
- Planning deployment of manpower as per skills and requirements and ensuring adherence to all
norms with maintenance of discipline.
- Maintaining large taskforces entailing orientation, training, coaching, performance review,
appraisal, remuneration and career development.
- Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with others for smooth working of
operations.
- Liaising with external agencies, consultants on determining technical specifications, approvals for
smooth execution & obtaining on-time clearances.
Qualifications:
1. Aged between 30-35 years.
4. Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Friendly, polite and with positive attitude exhibiting good behavior and conduct.
7. Able to travel throughout GCC countries if required.
8. Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
9. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
10. Non-smoker
Salary budget is BD 300 (Slightly negotiable depending on age and qualifications)
