Responsibilities
• Prompt customer service and quality service.
• Regular shelf arrangement and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service through up-selling, cross-selling, and alternative suggestions.
• Inform the Department Manager of unavailable or nonperforming products.
• Merchandize products based on sales trends and department manager recommendations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
• Handle cash register and transactions effectively.
Requirements:
• Arabic speakers only.
• Preference for luxury retail background.
• Graduate or Diploma in business administration, sales, or related courses.
• At least 2 years of selling experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or brands.
• Excellent communication skills, strong selling skills, customer-oriented, confident, friendly, well-mannered.
