Store Keeper (4-Star Hotel)

Position: Store Keeper
Location: Swiss international Palace Hotel, Gudaibiya
Category: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Store Keeper to join our dynamic team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have expertise in inventory management, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control all hotel supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Ensure accurate recording and tracking of stock levels using the IDS (Inventory Management System).
Perform regular stock audits to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize discrepancies.
Receive, inspect, and store goods while ensuring proper storage conditions.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage stock replenishment.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs and support daily functions.
Prepare regular inventory reports and submit to management.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in IDS (Inventory Management System) or similar inventory control software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of stock management, purchasing procedures, and inventory control processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
