Job Description -

1. Schedule Development:
o Create detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
o Define project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

2. Progress Monitoring:
o Track and update the project schedule regularly to reflect actual progress.
o Conduct critical path analysis to identify potential delays.

3. Coordination and Communication:
o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule data.
o Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

4. Risk Analysis:
o Identify scheduling risks and propose mitigation measures.
o Adjust schedules to address unexpected delays or changes in project scope.

5. Reporting:
o Prepare and present progress reports, including S-curves, Gantt charts, and performance
metrics.
o Provide forecasts and highlight deviations from the baseline schedule.

6. Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure adherence to Aramco and industry standards for project planning and reporting.
o Maintain documentation for audits and reviews.

Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
o Strong understanding of shipyard operations, marine construction, and Aramco
standards.

• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in shipyard or oil and gas
projects.
o Experience working on Aramco projects is a strong advantage.

• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
o Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
