Requirements:
• Education: High school or college graduate
• Experience: 0 – 1 year of relevant experience
• Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English/Hindi/Urdu; proficiency in English reading and writing
• Training / Certification : IPAF Certification/ Mobile Crane Safe Operation is an advantage

• Understanding of lifting and construction machinery operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The job description and site of employment may be revised as per company requirements. Employees must follow the direction of their immediate manager and operate in accordance with company policy.

Operational Tasks:
• Undergo equipment training provided by Technical Engineer
• Skillfully operate Spider cranes or similar machinery
• Operate vacuum glass lifter, MEWPs, and glazing robots
• Conduct pre-operational and post-operational safety checks on equipment
• Report equipment breakdowns to Support Engineer and/or Operations Coordinator
• Follow instructions from banksman and riggers when operating at site
• Report rental job completion to Operations Coordinator
• Follow maintenance instructions from Workshop Supervisor and Support Engineer
