Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our manpower services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs in the manpower sector.
Prepare and deliver marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to generate leads.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the manpower or recruitment industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
* Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
