Position: Admin Coordinator (Sudanese National)
Location: Jeddah City, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 10-12 Saudi /Gulf Experience (Must)
Iqama Status: Transfer or non-transferabe, both accepted
NOTE: (we can transfer Sponsor only after 3 months of probation.) Giving preference who Accept it & those who can join early
Nationality: Preferred Sudanese
Responsibilities:
Proficient in translating documents from English to Arabic.
Responsible for managing health and vehicle insurance policies and claims.
Registering employees with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
Ensuring compliance with relevant social insurance regulations.
Following up on labor law cases and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Coordinating with various departments regarding administrative tasks and activities.
Supporting the smooth operation of the office and managing day-to-day administrative functions.
