We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Agent to join our team, specializing in hotel and flight bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to curate tailored travel experiences. You will be responsible for advising clients, booking accommodations and flights, securing the best rates, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, plan, and book flights and hotel accommodations for clients.
- Offer personalized travel advice and provide clients with the best possible options.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to secure competitive rates.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and destination information.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related role.
- Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and knowledge of IATA processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
