We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in food wholesale supply. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food product sourcing, strong market relationships, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure food products in bulk from reliable suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent supply of products.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and product availability.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum [5] years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and grocery industry.
• Strong network of suppliers and contacts in the wholesale food market in Riyadh.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
