Quality Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join Alhayat Investment Company. The ideal candidate will take the lead in monitoring and ensuring the quality of all company processes, including those within the Blue and Sporta divisions, as well as overseeing Blue’s project delivery, phase gating, milestones, contract delivery, and closure. This role also involves managing quality documentation for Blue projects and setting the foundation for the quality team, which will grow over time.


Key Responsibilities:

Process Quality Monitoring:

Oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards across all Alhayat Investment Company processes.

Monitor and evaluate Blue and Sporta division processes for compliance and efficiency.

Project Quality Oversight:

Track and ensure quality at all stages of Blue’s project delivery, including phase gating and milestone achievement.

Review and document quality measures for project handovers and contract closures.

Quality Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation for Blue projects.

Ensure all project-related quality records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Team Leadership and Growth:

Act as the first member of the quality team, laying the groundwork for future team expansion.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Contract Management:

Ensure timely and quality-compliant delivery of contracts.

Oversee the process of contract closure, verifying all quality and compliance requirements are met.


Collaboration and Compliance:

Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders to integrate quality standards into workflows.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant certifications or quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in project-based industries like construction or operations.

Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, process improvement, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in quality management tools and software.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with quality systems standards and implementation.

Previous experience with project phase gating and milestone tracking.

Knowledge of quality documentation best practices in construction or MEP projects.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 8,000–12,000 SAR full package – based on experience
