Job Description
Candidate is Responsible for welding thermoplastic materials, such as PVC, PP, and PE, using various welding techniques and tools. This role requires proficiency in heat welding, extrusion welding, and butt fusion welding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding tasks on thermoplastic materials using heat welding, extrusion welding, butt fusion, or other techniques.
• Set up and operate welding equipment to ensure accurate temperature and pressure for welding processes.
• Inspect materials and finished welds for quality, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as necessary.
