*Job Description:*
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, coordinate schedules, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events or meetings as required.
*Requirements:*
• Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Indian nationality preferred.
