Role Purpose:
1. Perform detailed engineering computations and structural facade analysis.
2. Provide facade design advice and reporting to clients on buildings projects.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver and lead different size of projects.
2. Client liaison for different size of projects
3. Manage the work of others for sections of work.
4. Manage the projects technically and understand the best facade solutions.
5. Complete stage reports, design criteria documents and performance specifications
6. Understand facade sketch details and drawings.
7. Prepare project performance reports
8. Review projects contractor technical submissions and attend contractor workshops
9. Be a key part of making a success of our growing company. Including input into our Business Plan and Management Review processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Familiar with relevant local codes and standards related to facades
2. Proficiency in relevant facade & structural finite element software e.g.
3. Experience in producing and reviewing calculations for various project elements and writing
documentation at the different stages of a project
4. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
5. Proactive, demonstrate initiative, focus and a strong commitment to your profession
6. Able to work independently with some supervision where required
7. High proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Qualifications :
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structures), Architectural Engineering or similar
2. Experience in facade engineering, facade consultancy, facade contractor - local experience
ideal
3. Ideally 5+ years' experience with a facade contractor or consultancy.
