Job Description

Job Title : Senior Sales Specialist
Job Family : Administrative Professional
Job level : Mid-level professional

Role Purpose:
Experienced high-performing Senior Sales Specialist needed to help the company meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities .
2. Develop new relationships to help grow market’s share .
3. Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, trade shows, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
4. Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new business.
5. Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities in the KSA.
6. Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
7. Provide customer support and manage client experience.
8. Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues .
9. Ability to identify, qualify and act on prospect leads .
10. Experience in Localization & Subtitling Industry .
11. Self-motivated and proactive.

Knowledge, Skills:

1. Fluent English (written and verbal skills), Arabic language is a plus.
2. Ability for walk-in to present the company whenever needed.
3. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Effective time management skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
1. At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
2. At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a "hunting" environment Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through closing Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
