A good knowledge of tendering process, regulations, and best practice in KSA.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Scrutiny of tender documents. 

Assist with the cost estimating input into specific studies.


Define project need for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives and procedures.


Prepare cost trend estimates in support of project cost trend program.

• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.

• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.

• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.

• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.

 • Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.

 • Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.

 • Quantity takeoffs, cross checking quantities.

• Pricing for Turnkey construction projects.

• Preparing cost estimation summary

• Making Pre-Qualification documents, as well as project specific questionnaires.
