Job Title: Surveyor

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Surveyor to join our team.

Job Description:

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and drawings to document survey data and findings.
Analyze survey data and measurements to produce detailed maps, plans, and reports for project stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that surveying activities support project design and construction requirements.
Utilize surveying software and technology to process and analyze survey data, including GPS, GIS, and CAD tools.
Provide guidance and support to surveying technicians and field crews to ensure that surveys are conducted safely and efficiently.
Perform quality control checks on survey work to verify accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5 years of experience in land surveying, including experience with topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout.
Proficiency in operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and best practices.
Experience with surveying software packages such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Professional licensure or certification as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not required.
