Looking For Dispatcher And Receiving Officer (Local Hire)

Specific Job Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:

• Supervising loading and unloading of goods according to purchase orders
• Scheduling dispatch of finished products, coordinating with the production and sales team.
• Hiring drivers, verifying driver's licenses, and checking criminal record information
• Taking stock of the warehouse and informing goods required and stock to the concerned personnel
• Inspecting delivery vehicles and guiding drivers on following the route of delivery
• Tracking moving freight and updating customers on delivery time
• Receiving consignments from customers for delivery and making note of the weight, nature of products, cost, etc., and maintaining records effectively
• Supervise the work of the dispatch team and assign them their roles and duties, as instructed by seniors
• Operate forklift and other tools and equipment to stock goods in the warehouse
• Maintain delivery confirmation receipts for the company's records
