Job Opportunity: Site Engineer – Roads Division

A reputed construction company is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer for the Roads Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site activities related to road construction and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Interpret and execute construction drawings, designs, and project plans.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for project progress and site activities.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in road construction or related projects.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of roadwork procedures, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Location: MANAMA
Salary: “Negotiable based on experience”
