HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment & selection and onboarding process.
- Complete knowledge of Gosi, Lmra, CPR, Tamkeen and Immigration process
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and payroll data.
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave management
- Serve as a point of contact for employee’s concerns
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents.
Qualifications Requirements
- Require minimum 3+ years’ experience in government relations/HR field in the Kingdom Of Bahrain
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience in construction industry will be preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good Command in English & knowledge in MS Office
