Job Title: Sales Promoter For Beauty Products & Fragrances
About The Role: As a sales promoter you will be part of the associates team in the merchandising of products across the company stores, kiosks and malls.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales promoter is required to help customers find merchandise and purchase products in a store related to cosmetics, beauty and fragrances. Directly participate in the sales process from engaging with customers to advising on suitable products or fragrances whilst guiding customers through the store. Build knowledge on key product and brand with the expectation to also develop basic general knowledge across alternative product categories such as watches, jewelry and accessories.
Sales promoter is also responsible for building relationships with business accounts and peers and support in the stock order, in-bound and stock checking activities. Regular reporting to sales manager and division manager is expected with constant feedback and communication regarding competition brand study.
Required Experience:
This role is open to candidates with an appropriate undergraduate degree in business, marketing, hospitality or affiliated program. School leavers are also welcome to apply.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
No prior work experience is required; however, previous experience in fragrance and beauty products is an advantage.
Strong team player with a proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks. Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
