Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages while maintaining high-quality standards
• Educate customers about our menu and customize orders according to their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee station and the cafe
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Process transactions and handle cash responsibly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
