• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
• Develop new salad recipes and menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salad Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisine styles
• Creativity in food presentation and recipe development
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
