Become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent support and consultation.
- Serve as an advisor for clients, coaching, motivating, and educating them on products and services.
- Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients through a consultative approach.
- Record opportunities and activities within Property Finder's Sales Force CRM on a weekly basis.
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
- Identify customer needs and preferences and match them to appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals.
- Follow up on monthly credit utilization.
**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional sales experience or subscription environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of predictable forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate product ideas effectively to clients.
- Adept in communicating with key decision-makers.
- Assertive, influential, and highly motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable.
- Determination to succeed with proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, Sales Force experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
