Job Description


We are looking for a skilled shift supervisor to help us create an awesome customer experience and keep things in good order. Daily, you'll supervise employees during your shift and ensure they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. Shift supervisor skills include contributing to the production strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them. You'll also act as a reference point for employees and customers, ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. Ultimately, you'll help maintain our business reputation by ensuring daily duties are completed and goals are met. Job description
• Handle restaurant operations
• Customer service - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Customer concerns - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Product Quality & Recipes - Regularly review product quality and make sure that it is made as per recipes
• Duty roasters - Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Indenting - Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance at restaurants
• Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Wastage Control - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• MIS - Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Employee Training - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices & SOPs
• Employee Satisfaction - Implement policies and protocols to maintain a healthy environment at restaurants


Required Candidate profile
• Candidate from a similar industry with experience of handling restaurants individually as in-charge or second in line. Should know about various reports of QSR setup.
• Age - Up to 40 years
• Good English communication skills
• Open to work across Chennai in various shifts as per QSR standards
• Team Player
