Responsibilities
• Monitor employee work and provide guidance
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Implement measures and make sure employees follow office protocols
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, systematic way
• Find ways to increase sales performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
• Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
• Preparing and reviewing operational reports
• Leading and/or participating in meetings
• Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
• Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
• Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
• Creating personnel folders for new hires
• Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
• Managing and maintaining all department databases
• Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
• Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
Ensure that company HR policies are applied consistently
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
• Experience required 1-2 years
• Hindi and English language proficiency is a must
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Computer Literate, adaptive nature and quick learner with problem solving skills.
• Can join immediately/ Within 15 days notice period
• Ages 21-30 years old only.
