Responsibilities: Customer Consultation, Travel & Tours Itinerary Planning, Booking Management, Destination Knowledge, Documentation, Problem Resolution, Sales and Upselling,
Experience: Travel & Tours
Communication Skills: English communication to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail when managing travel bookings and docs
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with travel & hotel booking systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, as per operational needs
GDS: SABRE, AMADEUS, and GALILEO or at least two system
Must know how of flight Booking - Ticketing/Re-issuance/Refunds.
Attending calls, Handling corporate houses' travel queries/business, and attending to walk-in customers. Maintains good relations with airlines and tour operators.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills.
