**Requirements:**
1. Significant experience in plumbing and air conditioning.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
3. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
4. Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
5. Valid Saudi driving license.
6. Transferable residency (Iqama).
7. Current resident of Riyadh.
