Job Description:

As a Property Manager at Vanguard Bahrain, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our managed properties. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing tenant relations, including handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
Collecting rent, enforcing lease agreements, and managing lease renewals and terminations.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Private Landlord Management
Maintaining accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a property manager or similar role.
Knowledge of property management RERA laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
