Travel and tours company is looking for experienced detail-oriented (Reservation & Ticketing Agent) to assist customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers' questions, making travel suggestions, and booking tickets. Duties / Qualities:
• Provide travel information over the telephone to customers of the airline.
• Make flight reservations
• Answer customer questions, and quote airfares.
• Able to work by his own
• have excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum experience of 1 year within the Travel Industry.
• Sufficient knowledge in using GDS.
• Multi-tasking

Experience:
• Ticketing & Reservation: 1 year (Required)
Must have Bahrain experience
Must have experience in Galileo Software.
Strong computer skills are essential
