Reactive Support:
24x7 support for critical/operational issues.
SQL Server Services.
SQL Issues resolution.
Planned Maintenance Activities:
Quarterly SQL patching and upgrades.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for SQL issues.
Services and tools upgrades.
Hotfix deployments.
Proactive Monitoring:
Monitoring SQL service health, including disk space issues, transaction log growth, CPU/memory issues, rebuilding indexes, updating statistics, and performance issues.
Conducting SQL assessments.
Maintaining service maps.
Ensuring security and audit compliance for SQL.
Daily backup monitoring.
Database restoration for disaster recovery (DR) tests.
Microsoft Support:
Coordination with Microsoft support (using Yas Holding's support account).
Additional Notes:
24x7 support will be provided for critical (P1) issues as defined above.
Support during working hours will be provided for normal (P2) and planned (P3) issues.
Support outside working hours (weekends, public holidays, after office hours) can be provided for normal (P2) issues upon specific request from Yas Holding, if the situation warrants. Such calls will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties on a case-by-case basis.
There is no limit on the number of support calls raised or hours of support that can be availed.
