Responsibilities:
Project Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with initiative owners to gather and understand project requirements and expectations.
Ensure that all project objectives align with Aldar’s eCSM initiative strategy.
Implementation Process Alignment:
Align project implementation processes with the overall strategy of Aldar’s enterprise content management initiative.
Ensure that all project activities support the initiative’s goals.
Service Provider Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between Aldar and the service provider.
Monitor service provider performance, ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure requirements are identified clearly.
Keep stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and issues.
Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder buy-in and to gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning and Oversight:
Oversee the development and execution of the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure readiness for implementation.
Coordinate with Solution Implementation Partner to ensure Milestones achieved within the plan
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and project requirements.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to inform improvements.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain a proactive approach to risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management:
Manage the project budget, monitoring expenditures to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
Prepare budget reports and justify variances as needed.
Change Management:
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that proper change control processes are followed.
Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Training and Support:
Ensure adequate training and support are provided to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the ECMS.
Coordinate with the service provider to resolve any post-implementation issues.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and detailed reports to the eCMS Technical Steering Committee, PMO, and initiative owner.
Use performance metrics to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end ECMS implementation.
Strong consulting background with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion while managing multiple priorities.
Proven experience in risk assessment and management, budgeting, and change control processes.
