We are looking for a female corporate secretary cum administrator cum HR assistant who plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization by handling a diverse range of administrative, secretarial, and human resources tasks. This multifaceted role requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage various responsibilities across different domains within the company.
Corporate Secretary Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining corporate records and documents.
• Organizing and preparing materials for board meetings and other corporate gatherings.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as a liaison between the board of directors, management, and shareholders.
Administrator Responsibilities:
• Overseeing office operations and procedures.
• Coordinating administrative activities and services.
• Managing office supplies and equipment.
• Handling correspondence and communication within the organization.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
• Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related documentation.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation.
• Supporting HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Skills Required:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office software applications.
• Knowledge of corporate governance practices and HR procedures.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in administrative or HR roles may be required.
• Certification in corporate governance or HR management can be advantageous.
• Single and willing to work on extended hours
• Knowledgeable in Arabic (reading and writing) is a plus
