Installations , upgrades ,setup ,maintenance of hardware like PCs, printers, network multifunction printers etc
Installation and configuration of Windows, Office 365 and other applications.
Installation, configuration and technical support for the software
Configuring the User’s PCs and network devices in the network environment.
Maintain the network Switches and Data backup devices.
Configuration and Maintenance of Security Systems and Data Servers .
Maintain and update the User data in Biometrics system and preparation of monthly reports.
Configuration and maintenance of CCTV Security system and door access control system, Wifi Network.
Providing technical support, documents and reports as required by the department
