**Responsibilities:**

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations, including:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Financial Reporting
- Cash Flow Management and Treasury
- Budgeting and Cost Control
- Risk Management
- Tax Planning and Compliance
- Strategic Financial Management
- Leadership and Team Management
- Compliance and Corporate Governance
- Internal & External Auditing

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.~

Salary: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
