Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management

Greet visitors and clients warmly.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and manage phone inquiries.
Administrative Support

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle mail and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain documents and reports.
Customer Service

Provide information about the company and its services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Office Coordination

Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up.
Data Entry and Record Keeping

Input and maintain client and visitor information in databases.
Keep records of visitors, phone calls, and correspondence.
Collaboration

Work with other staff to support daily operations.
Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
