A Tourism Company is looking for a Call Center Agent/Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
- Coordinating transport, negotiating prices, and liaising with service providers
- Prepares quotations and invoices
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel
- With a good pleasing personality
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Preferably Filipino
