Job Description
To prepare accurate quantities and cost estimates for Specialty scope for civil construction
· Analyze project plans, specifications, and project requirements
· Good understanding of steel structures
· Coordinate with Sales Team and subcontractors to put together an overall estimation
· Keep and analyze historical data, raw material pricesmarket trends, and industry standards to inform cost estimates.
· Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
· Maintain a database of cost information, including materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.
On hands experience at least 4 years is mandatory
Prefarably BSc Civil Engineer or Architect
