We are a leading European construction company looking for a skilled Secretary/Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Handle basic HR tasks
Ensure compliance with Bahrain law, including Sijilat and GOSI regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, Sijilat, and GOSI.
Basic understanding of HR functions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
