Maintenance Supervisor Or Engineer

Position: Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer

A reputed Real Estate & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Engineer.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing property maintenance, including civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry services.
- Proven ability to manage a team of approximately 20 staff members.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Age between 28 to 35 years.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ready for immediate joining.
- Candidate must be in Bahrain and for local transfer.
- Salary range is BD300 to BD350 per month
