Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)



Job Description:
This position is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for fencing projects, analyzing material, labor, and equipment costs, and ensuring adherence to project budgets and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of fencing materials and construction methods, and experience in preparing cost estimates for fencing projects.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and BOQs for fencing projects.
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and specifications.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineers.
• Research and update cost data.
• Prepare tender documents and cost reports.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates and BOQs for fencing projects (minimum 5 years).

Skills:
• Cost estimating and analysis.
• Fencing expertise.
• Cost estimation software proficiency.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: BD 300 to BD 550
