Team Leader, Sales & Operations

Looking for the candidates who can complay with the below requirements.

Assist the Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high customer service standards.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations by coordinating staff schedules and responsibilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support smooth sales flow.
• Support the execution of promotions and in-store events by coordinating with the team.
• Maintain store hygiene and display standards, ensuring the store is visually appealing to customers.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members to enhance overall team performance.
• Communicate effectively with the Manager, staff, and customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Experience & Qualifications Required
• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales within the Electronics Division/Department
• Ability to understand & speak Arabic is preferred.
