Property Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and rent our properties to potential buyers and renters.
Conduct in-depth market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct property tours, showcasing the value of our properties to prospective buyers and renters.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients, especially for renting out flats and studios.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate sales records and organize a comprehensive client database.
Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets set by the company.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales and renting facilities.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and rental targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive for success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid real estate license is preferred.
