We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our purchases and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, with minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Process and track purchase orders and vendor invoices
Ensure timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting for construction projects
Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and expenditures
Prepare financial statements and reports as needed
