Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute authentic Japanese dishes with precision and creativity, maintaining our high standards.
Lead and supervise the Japanese cuisine section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and innovative Japanese-inspired dishes.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Proven track record as a Sr. Chef De Partie/Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining Japanese restaurant or luxury hotel.
Deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Creative flair and passion for crafting visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
