Urgently required Accounts assistant / office administrator for well known company in Bahrain.
• Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s in Commerce or Accounting is common).
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles (e.g., reconciliation, ledgers, accounts payable/receivable).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications (Optional):
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) can be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and oversee general administrative duties.
• Basic HR or payroll management skills (if required for the role).
